Plan, plan, plan!

My new motto!

When going on holiday , even for a few days, make sure you write out lists. First I forgot my camera charger. Then I forgot Matt's. He forgot his spare battery and his mobile phone charger. I forgot my knitting pattern so clue 3 of the mysterystolealong is exactly the same as when I went!! And so it went on....

Still a great time was had by all and I recommend Sherwood Forest Centre Parc as a cool haven in the midst of all this heat!

We did manage some photos on old fashioned film so will have to wait until they are developed before sharing.

Yesterday there was high excitement here as my birthday gift from Matt arrived early - a G4 iBook. Today Igot home to find he's been trying to add things to it and it now doesn't eject the cd. Think I may be visiting the Apple store on Thursday!

Oh my goodness, spreadsheets! Now I really am in awe. I just get that cold sweaty feeling when your either tucked up 30000 feet in the air or driving along the motorway miles from the next turning and I remember the spongebag sat on the side in the bathroom or the first aid kit in the kitchen recently packed with fresh plasters. Must try harder. Glad you had a good time anyway.

Spreadsheets? Oh, I wish I were so organised. As long as I remember the train tickets and the children, everything else is a bonus!

spreadsheets? pah, where's the fun in that? It's all about being on the doorstep about to close the front door and then suddenly running back in shouting at the top of your lungs "... I know what I forgot!...". And it explains why I have the world's largest collection of phone chargers and suntan creams...

Jacinta is far too roganised. I pack the last minute and it I'm missing something, I tend to go out a buy replacements. That's why I have 3 phone chargers and about 25 plug adaptros for the states and France!

I have a spreadsheet with a holiday list on so that when I am going on a trip I just print it off and volia I can check the packing.. OKAY I know I am a very sad person ;-)
