Monday was the first day of Girl's week, no photos to show as we haven't had parental consent forms back as yet!
Great fun in the swimming pool, music studio and the arts room which ended up covered in beads. My favourite bit of the day was working with friendly plastics - everyone went home with a a necklace or badge.
On the knitting front not much progress with either the corset or Violets by the River due to swatching for yet another project - Simply Marilyn. Decisions later.

Everywhere I look today, there are beautiful shawls and what pretty yarn too. Sort of makes me want to do another shawl - soon.

Your projects look gorgeous - its great to see so many lovely photos but I bet they don't do the colours enough justice.

Best of luck with swatching for Simply Marilyn, isn't it awful when there is so much that you want to knit but there aren't enoug hours in the day?
Posted by: Louise at August 23, 2005 12:22 PMIt sounds like you're having a good time - glad the water hasn't spoiled things too much.
Posted by: Mary at August 23, 2005 09:09 AMOh how I wish I could come and play with you instead of going to work. It sounds like such a lot of fun.
