Finished projects and a new one started!

T Twist tee

A great , fast knit that I enjoyed wearing. Knitted over 2 weekends using a cotton aran yarn supplied by my yarn pusher.

I can see me making more of these.

Apples

A bit of a nightmare trying to photo this one, the light kept bouncing all over the place! Just to prove that it is finished and before the baby is born. Hope the boss likes it.

Texas Shawl

After all the finishing comes the start of a new lace project - this time it's the Daisy Meadows Shawl knitted in mohair sent from Texas by my SP7 Pal, Angi.

I LOVE the Apple Tree afghan. Could you tell me where the pattern is from?

Thank you so much for your help. Your work is gorgeous.

Hi Yvonne

I just had to say that your Apples blanket is fabulous - your such a lovely knitter. Did it take long? Do you mind letting me know what Rowan book this is in?

The Apples blanket is the loveliest baby blanket I've ever seen. Some are so cutesy I want to suck on a lemon, but anyone would be proud to show off Apples.

Yvonne, your Apples is beautiful - really exquisite workmanship! And the photo shows it off nicely, I thought.

I like the top, too. Where is the pattern from?

And that blanket: Beautiful! A work of art! I also like the T. That color is marvelous!

Blimey woman - how many arms/hands have you got - is there something in the water down there that has turned you into a knitting octopus?? I LOVE that top and now the blanket is knitted up I am seriously tempted. As for your v. own yarn pusher - I am moving to your neighbourhood

that twisted-tee looked really good on, Yvonne - and I really liked the colour of the blanket. Don't like doing all those bobbles though......

blimey, loads of FOs! Love the twisted T. Are you having problems with curling edges? Did you do the decrease as instructed or stagger the decreases with a centre st in between to avoid puckering? Just in case I decide to start one!
