Short and to the point

24 points completed, 40 to go!

Some answers, no links as my brain isn't working this morning!

Kauni yarn bought from www.wollsucht.de - Uta is a pleasure to do business with, note that there will be additional postage charges if sending outside of Germany. The site is in German but easy to navigate and she has some lovely yarn. An example of extra postage costs - it cost me £7 to have a package of 540gms wool and a rosewood circular needle. Uta speaks good english and is quick to respond to emails. I think I've now had 4 orders from her with no problems.

Nostepinde - here's a site with simple instructions on how to use it http://www.hatchtown.com/nostdir.html I think it might be better to start with a small skein and not the 500 gm one I started with!

Shetland Hap Shawl - see the wonderful book by Sharon Miller for fuller descriptions but it is a servicable warm shawl. Many of the UK's baby shawls are based on this design.

Happy Birthday Yvonne!
Hope you have a lovely day - I note that strange yellow orb has even made an appearance in the sky for you, haven't seen that in a while...
