Today is my birthday and I have been thoroughly spoilt by my friends!
As usual, my family gave me cash - they know I want to buy yarn and the new Rowan books. They reckon I'm difficult to buy for.....
My friends know differently. I had wonderful packages containing hand knit socks and lace shawls. I know some of you are shy and don't like your gifts being blogged about so lets just say I'm honoured to receive gifts made with such skill - each and everyone of them has been packed to go away with me as we head for Devon and a country cotttage for a week.
