Thank You Jan

Awarded by Wibbo's Words - thanks for cheering me up Jan.

My duties as an award winner are to:

1. post this award on my blog;
2. add a link to the person who sent me the award;
3. nominate at least 4 other bloggers, and add their links as well;
4. leave a comment at the new recipients’ blogs, so they know they got an award.

Now, choosing the blogs to nominate is really hard. There are so many funny/informative/colourful blogs that I read regularly and many of them have already received this award but I've narrowed my choice down to these four:

1. Skein Dawn was one of the first knitters I met in London and on the eve of Ally Pally who else could I nominate! I love her infectious attitude to yarn shopping and the monthly lists continue to amaze me

2. Ann and Kay I've had the pleasure of meeting both of these Rowanette's in Liberty's for tea; have enjoyed reading their blog for years - so how could they do this to me - the new book features a design for a throw inspired by the old Liberty Art Bar Cafe's wallpaper - that design is all I keep thinking about and looks eerily familiar!

3. Juliet is another of my must reads - I just wish she had time to post more often as I'm going to miss our annual October meet up in Glasgow! I've marked the dates in my diary and plan to spend them knitting, giggling and fondling yummy yarn.

4. Ambermoggie was one of my Secret Pals and was a joy to spoil. One of her wishes was to learn how to knit socks - I read her blog with growing amazement as I see how well she took to them. One of these days we will get to meet up!
